Hi guys, I have this blog for few yrs now & have no time to update regularly or shall I say, I was just too lazy to update it until now when I realized that maybe I should. I will start this one with my experience with one of the payment processor Liberty Reserve (LR). My account was hacked by a hacker & all the money that I had there was wiped out except for $1.23. This happened last Sept 15, saturday @ around 5 am LR time. It started when I got home & checked my email & I received this:

Normally, I usually ignore this kind of message & then just delete it, but I don't know what went into my mind at that time, I clicked the link & registered. I said what the heck it's just $1 anyways. As soon as I finish my registration, I immediately deposited $1 from my LR account. I was taken to my LR acct, after I click submit which I'm pretty sure it was $1 only, I was taken to the LR home page, then I received an email notification saying like this:

Dear xxx, You have successfully sent a payment from your account Uxxxxxxx (xxx): Date: 9/15/2012 5:00 AM Batch: Sent To: U1533541 (AccountSuspended) Amount: $117.23 Memo: N/A Thank you.

I was sooo shocked 'coz I know I did not send that kind of money that time. So I immediately checked my LR account & to my surprise my money was gone except for $1.23. I was soooo freaked out & devastated 'coz I know with LR I don't think they would be able to help. But I sent a support ticket to them anyways & told them my situation & said they'll respond to me in 48 hrs. Of course 48 hrs passed already & haven't received any response from them at all. I actually manage to chat them yesterday & told about what happened to my account & she said they wont be able to reverse it which I kind of knew but not answering my question & being offline right away kind of rude & pisses me off. But what can I do? I wanted to not to use LR anymore but I have no choice for now. I have a program that hopefully will keep paying still 'coz it's the only one left for me now & it's via LR. Maybe, I will just charged that one to experience. Everything happens for a reason they say, & karma is a bitch. Those hackers will rot in hell hopefully. Still smile for me although at this moment I can't participate in any new program 'coz I don't have money already for now. Huhuhu. But anyways, life goes on :) So lesson learned guys. Don't click on any emails & be very careful. Be warned about the same email that I received. Please delete it right away. Sorry for the very long post guys but I can't help but share it with you so you won't become a victim like me.
